With over 40 years of combined experience, our teams at NW Rapid Manufacturing are recognized specialists in 3D printing. Between our reliable, high-end equipment (each lovingly named after a fairy tale character) and our experienced (notably hilarious) staff, we proudly produce the highest quality 3D printed prototypes and thin-walled parts.
Based in the beautiful Pacific Northwest in McMinnville, Oregon, NW Rapid is known as much for its meticulous work as it is for its fun, energetic and experienced team. As a woman-owned company in the tech industry, NW Rapid Manufacturing is used to turning heads (especially at trade shows; you can’t miss us), and our reputation for superbly designed, well-built prototypes and parts keeps our customers coming back. Well, that and our winning personalities.
Though we print a variety of carbon fiber, polystyrene, and aluminum-, glass-, or fiber-filled parts, we’re most well-known for our tough, durable nylon components that can go directly from our machines to use in the field (it’s literally the reason our company was started). Some of our parts have amassed more than 1 million hours of flight time in UAV's flown worldwide!

Our History
Northwest Rapid Manufacturing was formed in late 2008 to provide high quality SLS parts for the growing UAS market and other forward-thinking industries.
NW Rapid is a woman-owned company located in McMinnville, Oregon.
